General

Shopping at Jolita Jewellery is easy – browse our website and place your order online. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (subject to product availability and clearance of payment). To check on the status of an order please email us at customercare@jolitajewellery.com and we will be happy to assist you.

All orders come packed in beautiful Jolita Jewellery boxes. You can also have the jewellery delivered to someone else by choosing to provide an alternative delivery address. If the name provided with the delivery address is different from that of the billing address, the invoice will be forwarded to the billing address. All orders will be paid for in Pound Sterling.

All Jolita Jewellery items are one-off pieces, hence they will need to be re-created specially for you. We will make every effort to expedite your special order and to be realistic in our estimated delivery time. Please have patience, as your order is being made especially for you. Although it can take from three days to four weeks, we will communicate exact times to you by email or phone before you place your order. Naturally, special orders are final sales and nonrefundable.


UK Next Day Delivery

Delivery to addresses within the UK is currently free of charge (usual fee £4.95). We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (subject to product availability and clearance of payment).


International Delivery

All delivery to overseas addresses is £5.50). Overseas deliveries arrive within 3-5 working days in Europe and the US, or within 1-7 working days for the rest of the world. Parcels will need to be signed for in person so please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at (home or work). If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. The transaction is taken in pounds sterling.


Special Orders

At Jolita Jewellery we aim to delight our customers. If an item you have seen is no longer available, or if you would like to have something specially made, please let us know at customercare@jolitajewellery.com. The item ordered via our Bespoke Service will be made especially for you; due to this fact the piece of jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned at all. Once the request of a bespoke order has been verified we will send you a written confirmation of this with an estimated order time. We request that you reply to us via email to acknowledge and confirm that you are happy with these terms of the Special Order. We will ask for a 50% deposit before we commence our work. The rest to be paid once the order is ready to be dispatched.
