Are the stones real? 
Yes. Jolita Jewellery only sells jewellery made with real semi-precious gemstones.

 

How is the size of the product described?
On Jolita Jewellery site we provide sizes in centimeters and inches. A weight of the item is given where applicable. If you can not find an item of a suitable size please email us at 
customercare@jolitajewellery.com and we will make one for you.

 

I saw a piece of jewellery a while ago on Jolita Jewellery and now I cannot find it, what should I do? 
Certain pieces featured on Jolita Jewellery website are one-of-a-kind. Please email us at 
customercare@jolitajewellery.com and we will do our best to recreate the piece for you. Alternatively you can use our bespoke service where working together with the designer we will transfer your ideas into a stunning piece of jewellery.

 

How do I know I'll be happy with my purchase? 
We do our best to accurately represent our jewellery via photos, product descriptions and measurements. However, should you want to return the item, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to change your mind and we will happily refund your payment. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.

 

How do I purchase a product?

Each product has a detailed description and pictures. Once you have chosen the item you wish to purchase, please click on Add to Cart. You will then be able to add more items and modify your order. If you made any changes to your original order please click Update button to make sure that your changes are saved. Checkout will take you to the checkout process area, where you can decide to either complete your purchase immediately (by filling in your details and clicking on Continue) or add modify your order (add more products, change quantity). By clicking once more on Proceed with order you will advance to the payment page. When you proceed to Conclude your oder, in the order confirmation page all the information will be sent to Jolita Jewellery and you will receive confirmation of successful completion of your order.

 

When is the order process complete?

The checkout process ends when you are assigned an Order Number. You will receive an order confirmation email, containing details of your purchase.

 

How can I check the status of my order once the checkout process is complete?

To check the status of your order please email us at customercare@jolitajewellery.com. Please provide your order number.

 

Which payment methods are available?

JolitaJewellery accepts card payments as well as payments via secure PayPal system. Please note, you do not need to have an account with PayPal in order to make payments. 

 

How long do I have to wait for a special order product? How do I pay for it?

For our bespoke services please email to customercare@jolitajewellery.com. Half of the payment we take up front and the other half once your jewellery is ready to be dispatched to you. Depending on the item this may take between 3 days and 4 weeks due to the fact that the stones are being sourced and your jewellery is being made for you. All items requested for special order are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

Is it possible to modify your jewellery so that it fits me perfectly?

Yes. At Jolita Jewellery, you can make a special request by emailing customercare@jolitajewellery.com. We will contact you if there is a small additional charge or additional delivery time associated with your request. You will have the option of cancelling your order prior to being charged. We also have a bespoke jewellery service.

 

Will my item be packaged?

Yes, all items are delivered to you in our Jolita Jewellery gift box or pouch.

 

How can I find out about new products and offers? 
Our website is constantly updated with new products and offers. Please visit our Newsletter page where you can sign up for receiving the regular updates from Jolita Jewellery.

 

Can I order from overseas?

Yes. Place your order online. Your price will be show in £s, the actual transaction on your card will leave your account in £’s. There is no extra charge for this. We use current exchange rates. The delivery charge for overseas destinations is £5.50).


How can I return a product?

Jolita Jewellery wishes to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase: for this reason, you have the right to withdraw from all purchases made on Jolita Jewellery website within 7 days from the delivery date of your parcel.
Please ensure you have complied with the following return policy: 
-  Requested Return Authorisation (RA) number from Jolita Jewellery   within 7 days of delivery. RA numbers can be obtained by emailing us atcustomercare@jolitajewellery.com
. Please note that unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
-  The item must be unworn, not modified and not damaged 
-  The security tag must still be attached to the product 
-  Products must be returned in their original packaging 
-  Products must be shipped back to Jolita Jewellery within 7 days from the date in which the order was delivered 
-  You are not able to return items which have been worn or have had the security tag removed. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer
 should notify by emailing us at customercare@jolitajewellery.com 
on the same day if they wish to return. 
-  Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of Jolita Jewellery and can only be refunded as a merchandise credit. 
-  In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the above time frames, even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.  
If the required conditions are complied with, Jolita Jewellery will refund the entire cost of the product, although original shipping costs cannot be reimbursed.
 

Can I exchange one product for another?
It is not possible to exchange one product for another once it has been purchased. If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can return it and receive a refund equal to the price of the item.
 
 
What is the security tag?
All products sold by Jolita Jewellery via our website come with a security tag attached. Please do not remove this tag when trying on the products you have ordered, as we do not accept the return of items without them.
 
 
Can I return an item from a different country from the one where I received it?
Yes, you can.
 
 
What do I do if the original packaging is unusable?
Returns can be accepted only if they come in their original packaging. Should this package be unusable, you may replace it with another box the same size and thickness. When obtaining Returns Authorisation number please notify us about the unusable package. You can contact us at customercare@jolitajewellery.com  
 
When will I receive the refund?
After Jolita Jewellery receives your return and confirms that your returned item meets the return policy requirements, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your refund has been processed. The time required for the credit to be processed will depend on your bank. Jolita Jewellery refund will be made within 21 days of the date of cancellation notice. Alternatively you can request Jolita Jewellery merchandise credit that can be used against future purchase at JolitaJewellery.com. 
We would like to remind you that original shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The refund will correspond to the final price of the items you have decided to return.
 
 
Faulty goods
We offer free of charge repairs for all pieces purchased from Jolita Jewellery. Simply email us on customercare@jolitajewellery.com  
 
Changes/Cancellations 
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to customercare@jolitajewellery.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.
